This website is operated by Revibe Glow Studios Jarrow Ltd and Revibe Treatments Jarrow Ltd (together referred to as “Revibe”, “we”, “our” or “us”). Through our two companies, we provide a range of wellness, tanning and treatment services, including: Sunbed tanning Hybrid tanning Red light therapy Beauty and aesthetic treatments Retail products Memberships and tanning packages Certain services, products or bookings may be supplied by either Revibe Glow Studios Jarrow Ltd or Revibe Treatments Jarrow Ltd, depending on the nature of the service being provided. Where relevant, the contracting company will be made clear at the time of booking, purchase or treatment.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not: Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems. Upload malicious software or harmful code. Copy or reproduce website content without our written permission. Use the website in any way that could damage or disrupt our services.

3. Bookings Online

booking is not currently available through our website. Any references to booking functionality relate to services that may be introduced in the future. When booking becomes available, appointments may be made online, by telephone or in person and will always be subject to availability. Whilst we will make every reasonable effort to provide appointments at the booked time, we cannot guarantee exact appointment times. Due to customer demand, walk-in traffic, treatment durations and other operational requirements, appointments may occasionally start later than scheduled. We appreciate your patience and understanding should this occur. We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule or cancel appointments where necessary for operational, safety or unforeseen reasons.

4. Age Restrictions

Sunbed use is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18. Identification may be requested at any time. If satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided, access will be refused.

5. Health & Safety

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are medically suitable for tanning or treatment before using our services. You should not use sunbeds if: You are under 18 years of age. You have been advised by a healthcare professional not to tan. You are taking medication that increases sensitivity to UV light. You have certain medical conditions affecting skin sensitivity. If you are unsure whether tanning, red light therapy or any treatment is suitable for you, you should seek advice from your GP or another suitably qualified healthcare professional before using our services. Customers are responsible for reading and complying with all notices, signs and instructions displayed within our premises. This includes, but is not limited to, fire safety information, emergency exit procedures, health and safety notices, operating instructions, warning notices and any other information provided for the safety and wellbeing of customers and staff. Customers must always follow staff instructions and any guidance displayed within the studio. Whilst our staff may provide general guidance on tanning times, equipment operation and safe use, they are not medical or healthcare professionals and any advice given should not be relied upon as medical advice. All customer’s use our sunbeds and other equipment entirely at their own risk. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine whether the use of our equipment or services is appropriate for their individual health, medical history and personal circumstances.

6. Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy is intended for general wellness purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Individual results may vary.

7. Aesthetic & Beauty Treatments

Beauty and aesthetic treatments may be provided either by Revibe Treatments Jarrow Ltd or by independent self-employed practitioners operating from treatment rooms within our premises. Where treatments are provided by an independent practitioner, they are solely responsible for the advice they provide, obtaining informed consent, maintaining appropriate professional insurance and the treatment itself. Revibe accepts no responsibility for treatments carried out by independent practitioners.

8. Memberships & Session Packages

Where applicable: Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Unused sessions have no cash value unless required by law. Memberships may not be shared. Block bookings and pre-purchased tanning minutes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused minutes remaining after this period will expire and cannot be redeemed or refunded, except where required by law. Revibe reserves the right to amend membership pricing or benefits with reasonable notice. Fraudulent use will result in cancellation without refund.

9. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers: Cannot be exchanged for cash. Must be used before their expiry date where applicable. Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen unless required by law.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

Appointments cancelled with reasonable notice may be rescheduled. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged at our discretion. Unused tanning minutes, memberships or packages are generally non-refundable except where required under UK consumer law. Faulty retail products will be dealt with in accordance with your statutory rights.

11. Prices

All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling (£). Prices may change without notice. Pricing errors may occasionally occur. If this happens, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and provide a full refund where payment has already been taken.

12. Promotions

Promotional offers: Cannot normally be used together unless stated. May be withdrawn at any time. Are subject to availability.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including: Logos Branding Images Graphics Text Designs is owned by or licensed to Revibe and may not be copied without our prior written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revibe shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services. Customers use tanning equipment in accordance with the guidance provided and at their own risk.
